ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of stationery products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Eligible for Return / Refund

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received an incorrect product

Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, arefund will be processed.

 Not Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Products that are used, written on, or damaged after delivery
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products bought during sales, discounts, or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color or design variations due to screen differences

RETURN CONDITIONS

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • The return must be sent only after approval from Faolo

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, Faolo will cover the return shipping cost
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • Faolo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
